After a breakfast of croissant, zumo de naranja and café con leche we braved the short queue for the Alcazar at opening time. At times it is good to be British; the French were targeted mercilessly by tour guides. Sevilla is clearly big in France. Could this be down to Bizet?
We explored the gardens before the crowds got there. The peace and quiet was surprising and welcome.
