Today I purchased my Tarjeta Dorada at Sevilla Santa Justa and it it has already paid for itself. We arrived in Cadiz to fresher air and a scorching sun. After giving our apartment the thumbs up it was straight to Caleta beach for the afternoon. How fantastic to swim again in Autumn in this lovely old town. Cadiz is so unpretentious and atmospheric, it might not have the architecture of Sevilla, but it has a tranquility that Sevillanos can only dream of.
Later we walked along the coast to the Castillo. We felt quite glad that EU money has past it by and let it rest.
